Help determining value/rarity of 1915 Artilery!!!
I am trying to help a friend sell off some of his Luger pistols he inherited from his dad. We are trying to determine the rarity and a ballpark idea of the value of it.
This particular Luger is a 1915 Artilery S/N 6881 with no suffix. It has a holster with a NON- matching mag, but the suffix that says "h" and below the "h" is a "+" The gun is in good shape, the bore looks good....not as smooth and shiny as some of his others though. All numbers are matching on the gun.....didnt check the grips. Can anyone help me?? Thanks in advance!! |

If this helps, I purchased a very nice 1915 DWM artillery a few months back. I would consider it 98% or better. As I recall, I paid $2600, but no holster or stock. Seems as though, the market for Lugers has cooled a bit since, just as almost everything else has.
