Try reading recomendations in the New Collectors area, might help a lot.

My number 1 pick would be Imperial Lugers by Jan Still (out of print), 2nd would be the Luger Story by Walters.

Mike
The new book "Central Powers Pistols" contains more information on Erfurt Lugers than any other book including "Imperial Lugers". The 1918 Erfurt is covered in word and with high quality color photographs on pages 79, 97 and 98.

For your case, buy Jan's, Central Powers is available direct from him.
