Default Eagle 63 tool

I bought this today at a gunshow; it is interesting, it mikes out at 2.57mm at the body and 2.67 at the top, welll within 'normal' width of non repro tools.

I thought at first that it had a 4 and then a +

but it seems to be two 4's.

for a real one, I would say $100-$125.

I paid $40 for this one, I don't like how the triangle looks on this one. Looks like a newer stamping?

Opinion you guys?

Ed,

The stress cracking around the stamping is something I have yet to encounter. Was the tool's finish applied after it was stamped?

John, that is why I wanted others opinions. My "gut" feeling is that this is a imperial DWM tool with a fake Eagle 63 on it?

Ed, I have one with the same eagle acceptance stamp and have always held it in drawer of questionable stuff.
