Memorial Day Weekend.
This weekend we honor the memory of the those who have served in uniform and answered the call of freedom and especially those who have given their all.
Fly those Stars and Stripes with the same pride and honor that they died for... When you see military people in public, take the time to shake their hand and tell them thanks for their service. We owe them a debt we can never repay. May God bless and protect all of you that are deployed NOW in defense of our freedom, and the freedom of innocent people everywhere.

Tomorrow the San Luis Obispo Historical Arms Society will be doing the display for the Los Osos Memorial Day event. I always look forward to doing the display. And have got to know a lot of the Vets. BTW my aka tenbears is in honor of a fellow Navajo Vietnam Vet's brother I know who died of complications of being exposed to Agent Orange. The Navajo understood a lot better than most people. How to welcome and regroup a tribesman back in the fold. After coming back from war.
