Viggo G. Dereng's 83rd Birthday
For the other oldtimer members of this board like me, just a note that today is Viggo's 83rd Birthday...
I haven't heard from him since May of last year... and I suspect that he has gone to his final reward... he was in very poor health back then... I would love to have him surprise me and reply to this thread... but whether he does or not, I wish him the very best on his birthday... He was a WW2 vet, and a kind and gentle man... and master craftsman and machinist who made signifcant contributions to our space program while working for NASA... For you new guys on the forum, you can see the extent of Viggo's skills by visiting the Members Gallery and looking up the exact duplicate of an Ideal Holster that he created with his own hands...
