How does one remove/install a Luger mag follower button?

It's quite easy Mike. if you look at that leaf spring holding it, you see that you can punch it out to the left. Then the mag bottom is loose.
I take it out sometimes on my shooters. If shooting outdoors on a rainy day, it tends to get rust in that area.

Mike, Remove the mag bottom and spring. Slide the follower to the bottom of tube and line up with the hole on the right side of tube. You will have to punch out follower button thru this hole, but best done if the mags left side is correctly supported on a jig shaped to the mag body to prevent deformation. TH
