Default Picture of Luger With Target Sights?

Hello, my first post.

I'm looking for pictures of shooter Lugers that have been customized with target sights.

My Luger is a mismatch 4" shooter that I've had for about 20 years. Very accurate gun, but I wish it had more visible, and adjustable, sights. I'm thinking a wide, white-outlined rear notch, windage and elevation adjustment, and a white dot front sight.

I imagine many types of rear sight could be dovetailed to the top of the toggle.

Can anyone suggest a pistolsmith who would do this sort of work? Thanks.

Yes, that is exactly what I was looking for.

Do you have any more information on the bull barrelled gun?

If you (or anyone else reading this thread) have suggestions for a pistol smith who might undertake such a project on a Luger, I'd be very interested. Thanks again.

John,

The bull bbl gun was built by a deceased gunsmith in the Dallas, TX area, I added the rear toggle with the S&W sight on it. It is a leftover part from a '70's Mauser target gun that I got from Tom Heller, and no I don't think he has any more. It has a very crisp and smooth trigger pull for a Luger, whoever that gunsmith was, he did a superb job on it.

That is the same toggle/sight on the first two guns, it was on the long bbld one before I put it on the target gun.
