I have my luger that I was shooting, but after getting some info on it here I think I might put it on the shelf for a while.
My question was, what price range should I expect to buy a Luger 9mm that is just for shooting. Meaning I don't care if it has any collector value, no matching serials, re-blued, different grips, doesn't matter. I'd also prefer one of the "artillery" style ones with the longer barrel. Any ideas where to look and what to expect to pay. I know that most ones I've seen, even at gun shows that are not in good shape, and not matching serials, they still think they have something worth a small fortune. Any info appreciated. _jon |

IMHO. $500 + for a mismatched,re-blued shooter would be a good price. Around my neck of the woods, it's getting a lot closer to $650.
