Default Arty Grip Screws

I am not a Luger expert but came across a description of a 1917 Artillery Luger serial number 2626h which says it is all matching including the grip screws. Did they number the grip screws? Is this common?

Hi,

They didn't. Erfurt grip screws had inspector's markings, that's all.
To my knowledge no luger producer ever numbered grip screws.

Thanks!

I am viewing the gun on Wednesday for a possible purchase at auction on Saturday.
