Need advice for value (picture)

I was going to send this to lugerholsterrepair because I think this holster is worth saving. That was over a year ago and it's still sitting in my closet. Now I'm thinking about selling it and sure would appreciate any suggestions as to it's value. The pictures pretty much tell the story. Although worn looking the leather and straps are strong, not cracking. One of the belt loops is a bad replacement and the other needs to be re-stitched. Overall the stitching looks good except the hinged area as you can see in the picture. The back is marked P.08, the maker is OCX and it's dated 1941.
