Default 3 digits magazine number

It`s OK? Never see 3 digits number before. Any comments?

yes, just seen less often, but you would also see 1 digit, 2 digit, 3 digit or 4 digit.

It is the odds that makes you see less of them, as every 1000 contains 999 three digit, and 99 two digit and 9 one digit...
