Default Borchardt value?

There is a slim possibility that I may be offered the opportunity to buy a C93 Borchardt pistol, complete in its original case with all accessories. Condition is said to be mint. It is unknown whether it is a Loewe or DWM.

How much would forum members pay to buy into that opportunity?

Are you asking if forum members want to contribute to the purchase? If you are asking what the probable cost of such a purchase would be, given it is as you have described be prepared to shuck out at least $25K.

Sorry, Ron if there is any misunderstanding. I was just asking, in a fancy way, how much such an item might be worth in today's market.

I am interested to see your estimate of $25k. Didn't a good one sell recently at auction (Rock Island?) for over $30k?

As I said, AT LEAST $25K. With the current crazy market some rich guy might "invest" twice that.
