Default Trying to find value of many old holsters

Hey all, been a long time! Going through some of my late father's stuff and came across a few dozen old holsters. Most are easily recognizable - P38, Luger, 1911. But there are some odd ones too. I realize the best way for those is just to post the pics - so will do that in near future.

The main and secondary question I have is as follows:

How to "clean up" old holsters? They have been laying unattended for quite a while now. Some few have some mildew and I desperately want to get rid of that without damaging the leather.

Where can I find a resouce for holster markings? An online resource would be best as I am: a) lazy and b) space-poor for new books. I have so many books and daned little room for new ones. But if that is only recourse (besies telling you fine folks), so be it.

Thanks all!
