If the marking on back of frame start on left with a "lion head in a circle", these are Thai Police. Years ago I purchased about 10 of these frames out of the SGN and built them up into mismatched shooters. I've also owned at one time or another, a could of DWM commericals and Dutch, with Chinese/Japanese characters on the left receiver. As you'll recall the Japanese over ran Indonesia (at the time the Dutch East Indies) and must have reused some of the captured ordnance.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your quick reply! I don´t know weather the "lion head in a circle" is on the gun, but maybe you can make something out of the pictures which I just send out. You´ll probably find them on the Owners Corner of this great site! This gun has all the matching numbers (682) and is one of the first (contract) delivery which was send to the Dutch Indies in 1912. Do you get to see a lot of Dutch luger in the US? Kind regards, John |
