Anyone know a place that mail order's yugo re-worked k98k's, not the M48. These are in my opinion the best k98k's on the market for a very good price, but I can't seem to find anyone that has many for sale. Also, what are some of the things the Yugo's did to these rifles? Did they peen the markings and reblue/rebarrel?

Brew_Ha_Ha,
Tty this link to Federal Arms Corp. They have some K98k rifle sfor sale. I don't know what the condition of the rifles are, but it may be worth a call. I hope this link works <www.gunsnstuff.net>. Go to page 3, right hand side. I agree that the Ygo rewoked K98k rifles are some of the best shooters around. If you call Federal Arms, keep us posted on what they say. Marvin |

Also, these new Garands that Springfield has put out on the market, there is one at a nice pawn shop for about 970 in NIB condition. Does anyone think the price of these new Garands will come down? The next rifle I will buy will either be a Garand or a k98k, but the yugo re-works costs a lot less, I'll probably end up buying one of those.
