Default 1910 dwm

Hi guys I have a 1910 dwm in excellent original condition. I would say it's 98% or better. This gun does not have a hold open when mag is empty....From what I understand they were recalling these and fitting them with hold opens. It seems this one never made it back to the armory..
Can anyone confirm this???
Thanks

Are there any markings on the front grip strap?

That explains the lack of a hold open. For what ever reason, the Bavarians did not comply with the directive to add the hold open (the "B" indicates Bavarian issue...that is what George was looking for ).

Bavarian 2nd Infantry Regiment, weapon 93. That's a relatively scarce unit mark. The regiment was garrisoned in Munich.
