I also find the 1929 Swiss unattractive. The profile of the front grip strap is the first thing that strikes me but also the lack of the checkering on the toggles and the flat button type safety lever. The major appeal is just to have one as an example of a Luger variation. Does anyone have any ideas on why there is a front swell on the standard Luger grip? It serves no purpose other than ergonomic as far as I can tell.
