Default Re: Erma .22 conversion kit

Hi HÃ?Â¥kan,

I have one of the post war ERMA kits.

The only problem I have with the kit is that it is not functional with all Lugers, but that's more a Luger problem than a problem with the kit. All the hand finishing that went into the production of Lugers means that there will be dimensional difference between individual Lugers.

My kit works quite well with a 1918 DWM and a 1938 Mauser, but not with a 1936 Mauser. I've only tried it with those three pistols. In two out of three it worked flawlessly. In the third it was simply non-functional. Interestingly enough, the 1918 and 1936 are all matching pistols, while the 1938 is assembled from a matching frame and a matching cannon that do not match each other.

Just my experience, offered entirely FWIW....

Best regards,

Kyrie
