Whoda thunk it?!! Nice job! Santa only has elves but you have 'dillos and they are getting pretty crafty.

Hi Hugh,

Great, wonderful work.

I lightened up the before and after shots, so we can really see your magic...

Mr. Etowski should be very happy...

Hugh, The Maestro stricks again! If you can't brag, who can? Excellent restoration work. I have done similar work with broken rifle stocks. It ain't easy to do.

Hi Hugh,

Just curious...for the missing pieces/chips of wood in the "before" condition, do you add wood from other grips, wood from another source, or do you build up the missing sections with wood composite products...?

Is there a chance you can post back-side photos ?

Not your back-side, of course...

"Not your back-side, of course..."

Oh, yes! In the name of all that's good and true, spare us that!

What can I add to what has been said already? It's outstanding work.

Pete,
Here's the backside

ADMIN: Hugh, you'll get us in trouble with the conservatives

OOPS! wrong picture! boy, talk about an effective decoy!

Sorry, Pete, they have already been mailed back to the customer. I use pieces from old original grips and try to match the type and grain of wood as closely as possible.

Thanks for the info, Hugh...

I think that is the same technique Art Buchanan of MO uses as well...

Great, outstanding work...sorry to have missed the back-side photos...
