Canada and the UK have different laws. Guns in Canada are being sold because guns with less than 4 inche barrels are not allowed, not because they have been deactivated.
Import markings bring the value down to most folks... I believe it affects the value, but not enough to prevent me from wanting a gun or two! Ed |
