What is this country coming to?

I got my new issue of the sportsmans guide today and while going thru it I found on page 67 two original, but reblued, grip screws for the Luger. ($19.97 plus $7.99 shipping) with restricted shipping so I checked that out. Now I'm talking about two SCREWS: "Cannot be sold to minors, convicted felons, those coonvicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic abuse or chemically dependant. MUST be 18 and have no legal disabilities to order. Mail orders: Sign legal notice on order form. Phone orders: review legal notice on order form and provide verbal confirmation at time of ordering. Adult signature and Reciept service available (see order form) Cannot be shipped Parcel Post. Cannot be shipped to MA, D.C., Puerto Rico or Canada." All that for a pair of grip screws!!!
