OT- Profiles

Gruss Gott,Dok!

I finally "almost" got over my inferiority complex with regard to all the Volk on this site and tried to put out my pitiful excuse for a profile,but I seem to have failed!I would gratefully take advice as to what I'm overlooking in the process,although I don't know specifically what to ask. Is there an "enter" position or etwas that I'm failing to recognize?

I may have the answer,but PLEASE help me out just in case I'm wrong,like I know how,as my girl used to say.

Sorry for the hassle,but I'm a "Newbie" at most everything!

I believe I've been moderately successful!Some spelling difficulties,but then English always provides more than enough(good example!!!!) challenges!

While reviewing the profiles,I noticed you classify yourself more as a "shooter" than a "collector".I may or may not,all depends,have something worth discussing.Drop me an e-mail for info regarding things I can't use,but maybe you could.This isn't a "for sale" notice,by the way,

it's just maybe a way of saying "thank you" for your induldgence and patience with this useless "sponge".

I thank you and all of the other forum members for letting me take up so much valuable space.

Hi and welcome to the arena of both Lugers AND perhaps PC's as well.

First and foremost:

This is NOT a Criticism or "Dig" in any way.

I am just trying to offer some help if you would like it.

I sense, that you are a newbie web person, from the fact that you are apparently attempting to send personal (as opposed to those of group interest) by posting them to the board instead of using the e-mail address.

I also couldn't help but notice your webtv e-mail address.

If you are trying to type things in via web tv - no wonder you are having difficulty with spelling etc.

If feasible, you should try to get a "real" PC > it will make the experience MUCH more plesant.

Second, if you want to talk DIRECTLY to someone > click on the "e-mail" address and use your e-mail client instead of posting to the board via the "reply box".

In lieu of this, if you still perfer (or find it necessary to) post a personal (in the sense of being directed to one person only) message

on the board > place some annotation on the "subject" line like: TO: or FOR: and the persons handle/name.

And welcome again - please feel comfortable contributing

If all of this is unnecessary > please excuse!
