Hello I have a 1914 Luger with all matching numbers even the mag matches. It is an ERFURT Luger I can't seem to find any info on it the only info that I can find is on the artillery Luger.Mine is not one of those. The markings on the right of the cannon look to be a crown and some gothic letters under them. Some other features are that it has a place on the back of the hand grip for a stock. The barrel is 4 inches long I have fired it a few times, but I don't want to hurt it. If anyone can help it would be great.

Hello Matt and welcome to the forum. I split the thread, as it is much better to start your own, in that way the answers are directly geared towards your luger.
There were a lot of Erfurt's made from 1911 - 1918, although for 1914's you do see a lot more 1914 artillery's, as there were a lot less 1914 short barrel models made. Do a search on erfurt 1914 and see what comes up. Can you provide pictures, close ups, both sides, etc? Also, what is the serial number? To include the suffix on the front of the frame under the serial number? Ed

The serial number is 7520 The item under the serial on front of the frame looks to be a backwards N ? Not sure if that is what you were talking about. How do you upload pics here?
Thanks alot Edward!!! Matt ![]() |

Matt there are two ways to upload pictures, easiest is choosing ADD Reply and doing one picture at a time, the 2nd, so you can add up to 6 or 9 pictures is to Upload on the top right, then copy and paste the link, ensure the pictures are less than 180 kb's each.
