Your 1910 DWM is in beautiful condition. The unit stamp is not exactly according to regulations. It should have a number before the R.D. to indicate the number of the reserve dragoon regiment. There were 8 reserve Dragoon regiments numbered 1-8. However, the stamp most likley signifies the 1st Reserve Dragoon Regiment. Please supply the serial number of your Luger for my data base. Thanks Jan Note: the 1st Reserve Dragoon Regiment battled as part of the 108 Infantry Division on both the Eastern and Western Fronts during World War I. |
