By the way, Colt Army Special 38 was never Army issue in the USA, but saw military service elsewhere, such as in Greece, and even in Austria-Hungary (one of the substitute standard handguns during WW1). Colt Army special transformed to Colt Official Police c.1929. Regards, Jani
