1917/1920 DWM reworked artilliary.

Don....picky....picky....picky, OK, under greater magnification it reads S.L.Po1...the X's are very deep and cover much of the marking, but the "1-L" in question, most assuredly has bottom "legs" or equal length going in each direction left and right, while the top of the letter/number in question is heavy X'ed out, the top part looks like it has a right hand side point to it and sloping downward to the left, looks like it was a "1" to me, our camera will,not give you the up close shot you want, but will see if Mrs. PoliceLuger will shot and post it when she gets home from work, nothing she like better after a hard day at work then to post Luger pictures...
