Not counting years of target shooting with 1911's and S&W Model 41's decades ago... my best pistol shot would have to have been a 3 shot group of about 8 inches on a piece of typing paper stapled to the bottom of a 5.56mm ammo crate at a measured 125 yards... the weapon? My TDE .44 Automag with iron sights... NO it was not done rapid fire and the next two shots missed the target completely after I looked into the spotting scope and discovered that I actually WAS hitting the paper... I had just estimated the Kentucky windage...and fired three shots without looking...
