Thor, the Winchester bullet has a nominal diameter of 0.309" with max at 0.309" and min at 0.306". Those I have measured ran pretty close to 0.309". (Fiocchi runs a 0.308' bullet.) the velocity at about six feet from the muzzle ran 1176 fps from my six inch Mauser re-intro and around 1090 fps from a couple of my four inch vintage M1920's. I'm quoting off the top of my head. I'll see if I can find the exact figures when I get home tonight. I've had a hard drive crash which kind of messed up my records.
