Post Holster stamping/maker?

Guys I have a Luger holster that is stamped on the inside"Handwerkskemmer" I think is what it says as it is hard to read. Under that there is something else stamped but I can't make it out? The tool pouch is still intact. Can anyone help? thanks in advance.

Joe, Is it a WW1 or 2 model? I cannot get a translation except for what is obvious. Army or Police? Any date? A little more description helps.Jerry Burney

"Handwerkskammer" stands for Chamber of Handicraft and would not identify the maker.

Juergen pretty much says it all. A maker name would have the Co. and City. Send me some photo's of the front and back if you like and I will tell you what I can. Please condense the file as my computer is slow. Thanks Jerry Burney
