Mint 1939 Luftwaffe Brown Luger Holster

It is my opinion that the holster is genuine, but it is outside my expertise to determine if it is a Luftwaffe holster because I am not a Krieghoff expert like you. However, I do lean with your opinion that Luftwaffe holsters were black and stamped insider the lid. Assuming that this holster is a Luftwaffe holster, which Krieghoff Luger would match it and, if the subject holster is not Luftwaffe issued, what type is the holster?

I do feel that the holster has been treated occasionally with Pecard or a leather care product which gives it the nice shiny appearance, however, this should not affect the value of the holster. No holster will look this fine condition if never treated properly for 60+ years. Whoever owned it over the many years cared for the holster very well.

I can safely make an opinion regarding 'care' of the subject holster because I own a mint 1906/10 Portuguese Royal Navy Luger with all its accessories including holster/strap which Ron Wood has personally examined and the holster of my Luger does not match the same condition as the subject holster although the 'Crown Anchor' Luger and holster were in a woman's closet for over 90 years until I bought it last March. I shall post this Luger with all relevant details on the Forum in the near future after I take nice photos.
