Hello BIRDMAN,

On the ERFURTS: Pre War are hard to find and common ones are dated 16 to 18...I m still looking for a 1911 ( 1st year of ERFURT Production )....quite hard to find....

I prefer Pre War as I find them nicer ( without the stock lug

also production was around 20 000- 25 000 a year compared to late war when they were putting out about 150 000 pistols a year...

Values of Pre War are higher, all things considered. Scarcer ones being the 1911 & 1914 ( 4 inch )

In any case you have a great piece of early P-08 history...

PICS would be nice....
