Birdman, it is really hard without detailed pictures. With slight pitting, it brings the value down. I don't know how "rare" a 1912 is compared to a 1918, but I imagine they are rarer. Look at it this way, a "shooter" value is approx., $450 - $600, and collectable guns are anywhere from $600 - $900 and up, all depending on condition, condition, rarity and condition. Of course it depends on if all matching, reblued, bad pits, etc.
