It is the same history (how many histories can the same gun have?), but it isn't the same article. There are probably several other accounts of the genesis of out favrorite firearm, for example, check out Regnier which is Paul Regnier's site. There is no plagerism involved with any of these "histories", just several individual attempts to provide the Luger enthusiast with a bit of background.
