Hello Fritz,

I may be off a bit, but I heard the photos disappear after a 2-3 months. I hope John D. or John S. can confirm the exact timing.

A very good HK luger book is the Krieghoff Parabellum, written by Randall Gibson.

This book is excellent to teach one the details/features of the many HK models and even has detailed comparisons with other luger makers such as DWM, Mauser, Simpson, etc.

There are also many good back & white photos of all the HK model years...

If you have specific HK questions, feel free to post on the HK section and some of the more knowledgable HK folks here on the Luger Forum will certainly help you out.
