Hi Bill,

I sent a long email in response to the email you sent me.

Somemore photos would really help us ID your luger...

If your pistol has the old-model, dished toggles, is the long frame model, and is only serialed "45", it may well be the 45th. luger made for the Swiss by DWM in the M1900 run. With such a low serial number, it would most likely have the un-relieved (i.e. uncut) frame for the thin magazine follower button.

p.s. Could you tell us if the width of the grip safety is only 1/2 the width of the rear grip strap or does the width go all the way across the width of the rear grip strap ?
