Few questions for you old-timers.

I bought my LP08 in 1984, in Queensland Aust.
Its probably 70% blue, 10% straw, All numbers on the gun matching, came with an apparently original altered WW2 PO8 Holster, mismatched butt and 4 magazines(none numbered to the gun).
Here's the really interesting bit, it also bears D^D (Australian Department of Defence) property marks and at some time the front sight was replaced with the front sight from a Number 1 Mk 3 SMLE (presumably during it's life with the Australian Army)
Paid $350 Australian (that's about 175US on todays prices).
It's ugly as sin, but I like it! Shoots real good too!
