Gotta brag a little....
Great news, guys! I just passed the shooting test portion of my state's Concealed Carry Permit course with flying lead, er, colors!
Even though I won't actually be carrying a Luger concealed (impossible with my body shape and the grip angle), I used my byf 41 to take the test. Scored 49/50 hits (technically the flyer was still in the gut area), and 92% on the silhouette score. One step closer to being able to perform my civic duty of being a responsible and armed citizen... I like to think that maybe the servicemen who carried and captured that weapon would have been glad to see it put to good use after all those years of war and idleness. (if anyone's curious, I'll probably be carrying a Walther P99, but haven't decided yet between that and an HK Tactical) |

Ahhhh yes, the good ole HK's (Heckler & Koch). I like my Luger, but I really like my HK's. If anyone is interested in the HK topic a little more, go to the web site www.hkpro.com .
It's just as neat as this site |
