Reminds me of a question and answer article I read in a hunting magazine years ago. It seems that a gentleman was considering hunting grizzly bears with a .44 Magnum and asked for any suggestions as to make and model to purchase. The editor responded that most any brand would do equally as well, but the first thing to do after purchase was to file off the front sight - that way it wouldn't hurt as much when the bear shoved it up.....
