Hi Adam, $20 beats the 10%-20% that I have been asked for. Sounds more than reasonable. He does have to do some bookwork and keep it for the rest of his life. IMO he's a Buddy. I wish he lived near me. Bet he is super NRA Guy. We need middlemen for thier experience and advice. You came here did'nt you?. You could have done worse than Mr. Miller. G.W. Gill
