Lugerforum Patches on eBay

Charles,

The patches were a custom order from a company that produces embroidered patches. Since the initial order of patches are now gone, the only way I know to get more is to place an order of at least 100. Polls of the membership have not yet generated that level of purchase interest.

So far the consensus of members responding to me here and via private message and email say that we should voice our objection to their sale of our design without compensation, but I haven't heard from John D. yet... I look forward to his input on this situation. In the meantime, If any member is a practicing attorney... how about some free educated advice on the options the forum has in this circumstance? Any lawyers who have copyright experience listening out there?
