Wm, a few days ago I was perusing my copy of the BATF manual, State Laws and Published Ordinances. Don't quote me but if I recall correctly, Utah had about 3 and 3/4 pages of gun laws, mostly dealing with who can an cannot own a gun (juveniles, felons, etc, and where they can/cannot be carried.) Of interest is the section on the Kommissariat of Kalifornia, SIXTY FOUR (64) pages of laws!!! This state should be the victim of a catastrophic quake and slide into the Pacific. I have children there, but I feel they are intelligent enough to evacuate in time and come here to live.
