FWIW I posted the above for the information of all. Kentucky does not destroy contraband weapons. I don't know how many Lugers in this sale. The state server is down at present. Ky. law also allows transfer of confiscated Class III items to persons qualified. As a last resort, they send them to (gulp) the BATF. |
