Post I have a Luger question?

I have a box of gun parts from my dad that he had brought back from Europe in 1945. Most are p38 barrels, springs and what not. One part is a bolt and toggle from a luger. Im just trying to get an idea of its vintage and what to ask for it. It is brightly blued with DWM on the top in a very fancy scroll work. The #13 appears below it as well as on the bolt and behind rear sight. It seems to have very little signs of wear. I have a picture of it if anyone can help.

Frank, the toggle is from a pre 1934 Luger made by The Deutsch Waffen und Munitionsfabriken. This company made Lugers until the late 1920's. The "13" is the last two digits if the serial number.

You can look on eBay under Luger to see several similar items on auction. Maybe this will give you a ballpark figure. Jerry Burney

I'm always in the market to purchase nice condition luger, P38, etc. parts in volume, if you care to sell the whole lot together. TH
