Ended ban what now?

Now that the assault weapons ban is dead, what does this mean for Trommelmagazin enthusiasts? I would imagine it is now allowable to manufacture replicas in full capacity. Has anyone here heard of such a venture starting up?

Somebody with far east connections (not China) should rush a functional trommelmag there and get a few hundred reproductions made using modern methods...

Get a few in stainless steel while you are at it...
