Looking to sell a couple of Lugers from my collection...

I am not sure where this message should be posted, here, or in the "For Sale" area. So, forgive me if I have the wrong Forum.

I am looking to sell a couple of my Lugers, and am looking for advice. Should I list them here in the "For Sale" area, or list them on one of the auction sites. Based on a post I just read in the "For Sale" area, a Luger sold the first day it was listed on one of the auction sites. I'm just looking for some good solid advice, as I have never sold any of my Lugers before.

Being more of a "lurker" than a "poster", my preference is to sell to someone here on the forum.

Your thoughts, anyone? Thanks in advance for the help.

If you know what you want for them, post them here in the classifieds..FOR SALE forum

Some use the auction sites... that is a matter of personal preferencee...

I recommend that you post some good photos in your classified ad..

Bart,

I listed a Luger in the For Sale Forum here and sold it in 30 minutes for what I was asking. You should not feel that it would be a waste of time. This is a concentrated market group.
