Welcome to the forum. There was a thread about loose/tight safeties earlier, can't remember whether it was on this forum or the "old" forum. Anyway, the main remedy was to remove the safety lever and very gently bend it so that it exerted more pressure against the frame. I would also suggest that after driving out the pin that holds the safety lever in place you examine the pin itself for defects. I had a Luger with a loose safety where the original pin had been replaced with a filed-down piece of soft steel, maybe a nail. I replaced the pin and it worked fine. KFS
