This kit has full knurled toggle knobs and does not look like most ERMA conversion kits I have seen before... Did you buy this new? and do you have the original papers or instructions that came with it?
This looks like a .22 caliber conversion that is owned by a former Lugerforum member in Germany. His name is Patrick and this is a photo of his .22 caliber target Luger from the old owner's corner pages of this website. ![]() ![]() ![]() thanks,

Hello John, I bought it 5 years ago new in a wood box - don´t have the papers anymore. I think it was not more than one sheet of paper. It was around 200$ ore something.

Roland,
I think you responded before I posted the photos... please look again and tell me if this is the same conversion unit. Thanks again,

Pisto, What you have is Erma's SE2 PO8 conversion. As I recall, these started showing up in the 1980s. Sarco sold a lot of these in the US, missing a few parts, so the parts for these are scarcer here than for the 1930s-1970s SE1 kits. Tom H.

Ron, would sell it of course, but over here it is registered in my collectors licence which is meaning that it will be hard to ship out of Germany.

I sent a PM to Pisto, asking how hard it is to buy items like that in Germany? (Since I will be there soon).

It would seem that since this kit is not capable of firing a round without being mounted in a receiver, it wouldn't be classified as a firearm. Perhaps it is subject to some restrictions as a "firearm part"?

Hi Ron,
Over here in The Netherlands, all 'essential parts' need to be registered on a gun license. Things like toggle assemblies, frames and barrels. I'd love to own a 22 conversion kit, though ![]() I wonder if it's difficult to get it from Germany to The Netherlands? |

Difficullt is not the right word to get it out of the country (Germany), just some paperwork with the customs I fear.
The best way (not the cheapest is to locate a dealer) Regards |
