Post German Small Arms Markings\ Gortz

Hey Fellows, If you have never seen a copy of this book you are missing out. I just received a copy from Don Hallock, drh@oz.net ,as he tells me he is the sole distributor in the U.S. You should immediately get one if you do not have one already. Written by Joachim Gortz and Don L Bryans it is the best I have seen on unit markings for everything German. You will get quite an education and have a handy reference guide too. Some of the photo's I have never seen published anywhere.Hardcover, many unique photo's and 150 or so pages. I learned much just skimming over it. Plan to study it at length. Jerry Burney

I agree with Jerry's assessment of "German Small Arms Markings." However I got mine from IDSA books in Ohio. They list at $29.00, a little cheaper at the Ohio Gun Collector Shows
