You sound like you are all set to "spiff" up the grips. I have never used the little airbrush, but from what I have seen, they will give you a perfect finish. I am not sure which paint to use, but Testors does have the flat black and shiney black. You may want to get the two and experiment with them to get the correct look. Good Luck and let us know how it works out; this will be interesting to know.
