LP08 Fun Site has been updated
Dear friends,
I have updated my LP08 fun site. Now is available an article I wrote about LP08 history. A LP08 enthusiast page has been added. Please post me a picture of your LP08 with a little description and I will put your â??babyâ? in this page. There are also some funny animations. A big thank to John Sabato that help me in the translation into English. Have a look and let me know your opinion! Ciao

Hi Thor,
sorry but I don't know why you are not able to open my site. If you give me your email I will post you the article on the LP08. It is a quick description of LP08 history starting from pre-production model (1912-13) up to the Mauser commemorative (1985-86). Ciao

Mauro,
you gave credits to Emanuele Marcano and said that he gave a number of guns to the famous Beretta Museum. Does the Beretta Museum also showcase Luger pistols? I thought that they only showcased Beretta weapons. Big Norm |

Hello Big Norm,
As far as I know the Beretta Museum stores not only Berretta's firearms. Right now I have never visited this museum in Brescia. I have asked Mr. Marciano to guide me during this visit next August. If some of you want to spend a few days in Italy, we can arrange a visit to this museum!!! Ciao

John,
I can access Mauro's site but when I tried to copy the LP-08 history info to one of my folders I could not do it. Maybe I'm not supposed to do that. Big Norm |

Norm,
If you can select the text that you want to capture, and then do whatever you do on a Macintosh to tell it to copy the selected text, Then open a word processing document and paste the text into the word processing document... You Macintosh guys are a mystery to me...
